Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.70 / Hour A Valid Driver's License is required Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 06:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address inquiries and provide information. Support emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with relevant personnel and first responders when necessary. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
