Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure atmosphere. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents, communicating findings to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site protocols. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and interacting with staff and visitors as appropriate. Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when directed, following established procedures.
