Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees as needed. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while performing assigned duties. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
