Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $30.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for visitors and staff. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required, and interacting with visitors and staff in a professional manner. Support Allied Universal and client policies by maintaining awareness of security-related protocols and procedures specific to the retail environment. A valid Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
