Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat12:00 PM - 09:00 PMSun12:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft and/or other security-related concerns. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client procedures. Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and/or assisting with visitor management as required. Work collaboratively with retail staff and/or management to address security-related concerns and provide a welcoming environment for customers. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide assistance when needed. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
