As a Security Officer - Telecom Patrol Driver in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence within a dynamic tech and media location. This role requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or escorting visitors as required. Support emergency response activities according to established guidelines and procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors to address questions or provide assistance as needed. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
