As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail and mall environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior. Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as needed regarding incidents or emergencies. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols. Assist visitors and tenants with directions and general information about the location, providing a visible Allied Universal presence. Support access control procedures and help to deter prohibited items or activities within the location. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
