Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:30 AM - 01:30 PMFri05:30 AM - 01:30 PMSat05:30 AM - 01:30 PMSun05:30 AM - 01:30 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment within the retail or mall location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel in accordance with site protocols. Assist visitors and tenants with directions and general information to enhance their experience within the location. Support Allied Universal management and local law enforcement when needed, following all company and site-specific protocols. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide reassurance to visitors and staff. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Possession of a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
