Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.10 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, customers, and/or tenants at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and responding to inquiries as needed. Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs, helping to control entry and exit points. Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate. Maintain awareness of surroundings and help to deter unauthorized activities or behaviors in the immediate area. Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and/or visitors, providing customer service and support as needed. Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs according to established protocols.
