Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.85 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the retail or mall location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall environment and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required. Work closely with site management and local law enforcement as needed to support security-related operations. Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
