Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.66 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur05:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri05:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat05:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or irregularities found during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when required. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities, such as evacuations or medical incidents. Maintain detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters at the location.
