Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the location. Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits as required by site-specific policies. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
