As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols in a vehicle, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM Tue 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain authorized entry to the premises. Support loss prevention efforts by being present and attentive throughout the location. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members. A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
