Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 08:00 PMWed12:00 PM - 08:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or directing visitors as needed. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing assistance as directed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site procedures. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
