As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any irregularities. Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters as needed. Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
