Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with directions and general inquiries as needed. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff and customers. Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal and client policies.
