Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate communication between security personnel and site staff using dispatch systems within the retail or mall environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support and direction to on-site teams. Document and relay important information regarding security-related incidents, emergencies, or unusual activities to appropriate personnel. Assist with the coordination of emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific procedures and protocols. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, tenants, and employees with inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters. Maintain accurate records and logs of all communications and incidents handled during the shift. Support regular and random patrols by communicating with patrol teams and relaying pertinent information about the business and perimeter. Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining a visible and responsive presence through dispatch operations. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
