Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the mall and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Assist visitors and tenants with directions, information, and general inquiries as needed. Document security-related incidents and observations accurately and promptly, submitting reports as required by Allied Universal policies. Support emergency response activities, including evacuations or medical situations, as directed by site procedures. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and promote a secure environment within the retail location. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
