Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to manage visitor flow as needed. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing clear communication. Document incidents and daily activities in detailed reports for management review. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred. A valid guard card or license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
