As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

Driving Position: Must possess a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Must have or be eligible to obtain a California Guard Card training certificate.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Background check and drug screening are required.

Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience

Comfortable using technology such as computers, laptops, tablets, phones, etc.

California Guard Card/License
