Full time
Tuesday to Saturday
8:00am to 4:00pm
Salary $65,000
Responsibilities:
Leading and supervising the on-site security team Ensure all posts are staffed and post orders are being followed Monitor officer performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a calm and professional manner Review and complete incident reports; ensure accurate documentation Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the mall, including interior and exterior areas Maintain strong partnerships with mall management, tenants, emergency responders, and law enforcement Support the onboarding and training of new officers MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private) with a clean motor vehicle record!
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED. As Security Director (Retail) you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
