Job Description
Office Administrator Assistants are responsible for various duties within the location. Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring a safe work environment around the office
· Maintaining accurate customer and company inventory systems
· Providing customers with accurate information regarding seed shipments
· Answering phones and directing calls
· Accurately recording seed grower pricing requests
· Scaling Inbound and Outbound Trucks
· Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area
Requirements:· Agricultural background, especially seed production, is beneficial
· Computer skills required
· Excellent communications skills with positive attitude
· Attentive to detail and accuracy
· Well organized
This position is not eligible for benefits. Position will last from October through February and hours will be between 7:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
