You’ll help maintain a clean and welcoming environment while ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines are met. Your role is crucial in promoting our positive team culture and enhancing the customer experience. WAGE: The base hourly pay range is $18-$20, depending on factors like experience, education, and job performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders. Prepare and serve beverages and food items following Starbucks recipes. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Restock supplies as needed during your shift. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Stay calm and focused in a busy work environment. Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance. Support your teammates during peak hours and shift transitions. Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks mission and product offerings. Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs. Other responsibilities as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred. Barista experience is a plus. Cash handling experience is preferred. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must obtain a current Food Handler and Allergy training certification within 14 days of employment. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required. Current High School students may apply. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle food and beverage equipment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently. Stand for extended periods. WORKING CONDITIONS: Indoor/Outdoor: Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions. Hazardous Materials/Noise: Moderate noise levels in the workplace.
