Position Overview: A successful Seasonal Retail Team Member at Duluth Trading Company is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Our goal is to create Wow moments for each customer by going above and beyond in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to provide helpful, friendly service to customers. Create personalized interactions in every customer experience, from greetings to the fitting room and checkout. Effectively communicate ongoing sales and promotions to enhance the customer experience. Collect customer email addresses as part of our commitment to excellent service. Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring positive resolutions. Answer phones professionally, offering store greetings, directions, and fulfilling customer orders. Assist with receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise to keep the sales floor organized. Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor, ensuring it is always ready for customers. Ensure cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and restrooms. Accurately handle all register transactions in a timely manner. Comply with company policies and procedures consistently. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. A strong customer-centric attitude. Demonstrates pride and ownership in the job and the store. Works with integrity and builds trust with customers and team members. Exhibits excellent communication and listening skills. Works collaboratively as part of a team. Willing to take on any other duties as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours each day. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching above shoulders, and below waist. Regular use of repetitive hand and finger motions. Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push or pull up to 20 pounds. Capability to climb ladders and maneuver around the store. Ability to work in temperatures between 50 and 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use of a computer for up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
