What You'll Do: Develop an in-depth understanding of the Duluth brand and product offerings to provide friendly, solution-oriented service that places the customer at the center of everything.

Enhance customer interactions by personalizing service from the initial greeting to the fitting room and at the cash register.

Effectively communicate sales promotions and product information to customers.

Capture email contacts as part of building customer relationships and ensuring service excellence.

Proactively respond to customer concerns and resolve them positively.

Greet and assist customers over the phone, providing information about store location, products, and fulfilling customer orders.

Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.

Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards to ensure an enticing sales floor.

Keep sales areas, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality areas clean and orderly.

Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.

Take on additional duties as required by management.

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus, but not a requirement. A strong customer-focused mindset. Pride in delivering quality work and ownership of store responsibilities. Integrity and trustworthiness in all actions. Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to perform various tasks as directed. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting, both below and above the waist. Regularly using repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reaching with hands and arms. Frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling of up to 20 pounds. Capability to climb ladders and reach as necessary. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Utilize a computer for up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
