As a Stockroom Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, enabling us to achieve those 'WOW' moments for our customers. Position Availability: This position requires availability during these hours: 7am - 12pm. Key Responsibilities: Freight and Inventory Management: Unload, sort, and process freight shipments efficiently. You will manage merchandise flow from the truck to both the stockroom and the sales floor, keeping everything organized and accounted for. Customer Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online purchases for in-store pickup. Your swift and precise actions will greatly enhance the customer experience. Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist the store team in easily locating products. Sales Team Support: Collaborate with sales associates to maintain product availability and communicate about new arrivals and stock levels, enabling them to provide effective service. Uphold Company Standards: Follow all company policies regarding safety, merchandising, and cleanliness, taking pride in meeting operational standards daily. Additional Duties: Other responsibilities may be assigned by management to ensure overall store success. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong customer focus. Pride in delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks. Integrity and trustworthiness. Excellent communication and listening skills. A collaborative team player. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand motions are required. Ability to lift up to twenty pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Capable of climbing ladders and reaching above shoulder height. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom locations. Use a computer for up to 60% of your shift. Benefits and Perks: 40% Employee Discount.
