What You’ll Do: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and our products to provide friendly, solution-oriented assistance to customers. Deliver personalized service during every customer interaction—from warm greetings to fitting room assistance and checkout. Communicate current sales and promotions effectively to enhance customer experiences. Capture customer emails to enhance our service and improve sales efforts. Proactively address customer concerns and empower solutions that leave a positive impression. Answer phone calls with courtesy and warmth, providing information about store locations and processing customer orders. Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise to keep our store looking its best. Maintain high standards for merchandising, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the sales floor. Ensure the sales floor and stock areas are customer-ready at all times. Accurately and efficiently process register transactions to provide seamless service. Follow all company policies and procedures diligently. Other duties as assigned by management may include special projects and support tasks. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus but not a requirement. A customer-centric attitude is essential. Pride in your work and ownership of store responsibilities. Integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions. Strong communication and listening skills. A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting above and below shoulder height. Repetitive hand movements and use of arms are required. Lift frequently up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds; push and pull up to 20 pounds. Climb ladders and perform reaching and bending tasks. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom areas. Position Compensation Outline: Compensation: $14.00 - $14.50/hour Compensation is based on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
