The Seasonal Retail Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing all aspects of our pop-up retail kiosks during the highly anticipated Pumpkin Fest and Christmas at the Princess events. This role supervises seasonal sales associates and reports to both the Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management .

Team Leadership & Development
Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team
Provide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performance
Set clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experience
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates
Daily Operations
Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor
Execute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readiness
Oversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
Collect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets
Maintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updates
Expect to work 5 days/40+ hours per week
Physical Requirements
Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shift
Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed
Comfortable navigating multiple on-property locations quickly

Operational Excellence
Monitor business performance and implement action plans for success
Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address issues in real time
Partner with Sales Leads and Senior Supervisors to execute initiatives
Enforce policies and procedures including Loss Prevention and safety
Ensure full OSHA compliance and a safe, guest-ready environment
Qualifications
1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
Must hold valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and AZ Liquor Server Certification
Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
