What You'll Do: Gain extensive knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to provide personalized, solution-oriented service that puts the customer first. Enhance each customer interaction, from the initial greeting to fitting room assistance and checkout, with personalized service. Communicate sales and promotions effectively to ensure customers are informed. Recognize the importance of email capture for improving sales and service, executing this skill to company standards. Address customer concerns proactively, empowered to find positive resolutions. Answer customer calls with courtesy, providing greetings and assistance with store information and orders. Help with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise to maintain stock levels. Keep merchandising, presentation, and display standards high to ensure the sales floor is always ready for customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap areas. Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices diligently. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Customer-focused mentality. Pride in ensuring a job is well done and ownership of store responsibilities. Commitment to integrity and trust. Strong communication and listening skills. A collaborative team player. Flexibility to perform other duties as needed. Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours each day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting motions are required. Repetitive hand movements and reaching with hands and arms are common. Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 40 pounds occasionally, with some pushing/pulling required. Must be able to climb ladders and reach above shoulders. Work in temperature ranges from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Usage of a computer for up to 60% of the workday is expected.
