About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Team Member where your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operational processes. You will enhance the customer experience through efficient service during transactions. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a warm greeting, assist with product inquiries, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods. Follow company standards to provide friendly, fast, and efficient service during point of sale and customer interactions. Aim to meet or exceed individual performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs. Help maintain inventory accuracy by properly completing point of sale transactions and assisting with merchandise handling. Support the training of new team members by sharing best practices and teaching accurate point of sale procedures in line with our brand standards. Participate in daily operations, including cash balancing and inventory management. All team members are expected to: Engage in teamwork with integrity and honesty in an inclusive work culture. Use good judgment in decision-making, involving supervisors when necessary. Anticipate customer needs and effectively resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Manage multiple tasks within time limits effectively. Adhere to company policies and safety standards for both associates and customers. What Skills You Have Required Exceptional customer service skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age. Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience in customer-facing retail or service environments. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs. with assistance. Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, and pushing regularly. Capability to stand or walk for long periods during scheduled shifts. Ability to visually verify information, locate, and inspect merchandise. Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory. Job Pay Starts At: $13.00
