As a Seasonal Retail Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team with setting up, merchandising, and packing up the store as the season ends. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering excellent guest services in line with company standards Assisting with sales generation and promotional activities Participating in store housekeeping and merchandising efforts Managing pricing, signage, and point of sale (POS) operations Contributing to loss prevention strategies To succeed in this role, you must be at least 16 years old and be able to manage the physical demands, including climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and potentially standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
