You'll be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and will engage directly with guests using GameStop's innovative buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model, known as the Circle of Life. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction and be available to work during busy seasonal sales periods. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and assisting them in finding their gaming needs while suggesting additional items as appropriate. Contribute positively to the store environment, including merchandise display and overall store organization during the busy holiday season. Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and ensure all areas, including restrooms, are organized according to company guidelines. Help with stocking merchandise, ensuring that products are well-presented and organized on the selling floor. Assist the team in achieving sales targets while promoting a positive selling culture. Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to a store keyholder when necessary. Support loss prevention practices and maintain awareness of safety policies. Follow all GameStop policies regarding attendance, confidentiality, and ethics. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous. Key Skills and Abilities: Availability for a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to follow various forms of instructions effectively. Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working as part of a team or independently to complete tasks. Meets performance expectations for attendance, grooming, and professionalism.
