Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting them with their gaming needs. Engage in sales activities while showcasing your knowledge of gaming products and making recommendations. Support store maintenance by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise to maintain an inviting shopping environment. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales and inventory goals. Address guest inquiries and concerns effectively while providing a memorable shopping experience. Support loss prevention efforts and ensure a safe shopping environment. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail sales or customer service experience is a plus. Skills and Abilities: Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers. Outgoing personality with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
