About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, your mission is to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will excel in customer service at point of sale and ensure efficient operational processes. Your focus will be on delivering fast transactions while making each customer feel valued and appreciated. What You'll Do Welcome customers warmly, assist them with products and services, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and process various payment methods. Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while adhering to company standards for point of sale and customer care. Meet or surpass individual targets, such as credit and loyalty program goals. Help maintain accurate inventory by completing all point of sale transactions and merchandise management tasks proficiently. Support training efforts for new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with Kohl's standards. Engage in daily operations, including register balancing, cash handling, and restocking supplies. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned. What Skills You Have Required Strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience is necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs. with assistance.
