Your Responsibilities: Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and offer assistance with their shopping needs. Operate the cash register, scan items, package merchandise, and handle various payment methods with care. Deliver prompt and efficient service in line with company standards, ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied. Meet and strive to exceed personal performance goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Maintain inventory accuracy by completing all necessary point of sale and merchandise processes accurately. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring they understand point of sale procedures and resources, all while upholding our brand standards. Participate in daily operations such as balancing the register, processing change orders, and restocking supplies.
