About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service during peak shopping periods. Your focus will be on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring efficient transaction processes. What You'll Do Engage with customers by greeting and assisting them with products and services. Efficiently operate a cash register, process transactions, bag purchases, and handle various payment methods. Consistently adhere to point of sale standards and deliver friendly, rapid service. Meet or exceed personal goals, such as credit and loyalty program targets. Support inventory accuracy by ensuring proper completion of point of sale processes and merchandise handling. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Participate in daily operational tasks, including register balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment.
