Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers from the moment they enter until post-sale follow-up, building lasting relationships Applying benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals Encouraging teamwork and supporting store sales goals Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and inventory management Handling the cash register and performing cashier duties Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for most shifts, frequent bending, squatting, and twisting.
