About the Role: In this exciting position, you will provide exceptional customer service during point of sale and customer interactions, while focusing on operational efficiency and delivering a standout customer experience. What You'll Do: Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their product and service needs. Operate the cash register, efficiently scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods with care. Follow company guidelines to meet or exceed service standards, ensuring courteous, friendly, and quick transactions. Aim to meet individual performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs. Contribute to inventory accuracy by completing point of sale and merchandise practices accurately. Support the onboarding and training of new team members by sharing best practices and familiarizing them with company procedures. Participate in daily operations, including cash balancing and inventory supply replenishment. Receive guidance from supervisors and respond proactively to directions. What Skills You Have: Strong customer service skills with an ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience is required, but a passion for service is a plus. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience in client-facing retail or service industries is advantageous. Pay Range: $16.75 - $24.20.
