Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating as a key member of a dynamic team focused on trust, commitment, and achieving results Building meaningful relationships with customers from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up Demonstrating proficient selling techniques across retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals Encouraging team collaboration and contributing positively towards achieving store sales goals and metrics Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and conducting merchandise stock counts Operating the cash register and handling transactions with customers Physical Requirements: The ability to stand and walk for most of your shift Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders to reach merchandise and supplies Visual acuity to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors You may have the opportunity to work voluntarily across multiple store locations and across various brands.
