About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service during point of sale and customer service processes, prioritizing operational efficiency and a positive customer experience. Your Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and services; operate cash registers, scan items, and handle various payment methods. Deliver fast, courteous service in adherence to company point of sale and customer service standards. Achieve individual performance goals, such as credit and loyalty sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy with precise execution of point of sale practices. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and meeting Kohl's brand standards.
