Position Overview As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, your role is pivotal to our store's success. Your focus is on creating outstanding customer experiences by: Listening to customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations. Sharing insights about our sustainability initiatives and ethical commitments. Working as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives. This is a seasonal position lasting 2-5 months. Key Responsibilities Create personalized shopping experiences that encourage brand loyalty. Utilize our Service Training Program to greet customers courteously upon their arrival. Accurately address all customer inquiries and concerns. Communicate effectively our return policy and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the store. Exhibit a positive demeanor while adhering to store and brand image standards, including dress code. Provide exceptional service to in-store customers and those reaching out via phone. Handle cash register operations and inventory management efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and break area alongside regular cleaning duties. Act responsibly in matters of safety and theft prevention. Core Competencies To thrive in this role, you should: Ensure top-notch customer service as per our Service Training standards. Be proactive in expanding your knowledge about our products and brand. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management. Work cooperatively within a team to achieve common goals. Handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and agility. Qualifications Preferred two (2) years of retail experience. High School Diploma. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong motivation as a team player and self-starter. Flexible schedule availability to support business needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
