Become a product expert; effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable goals in sales metrics like units per transaction and customer engagement. Maintain awareness of current promotions and merchandising standards. Assist with merchandise processing, maintaining stock levels on the sales floor. Efficiently handle sales transactions while ensuring cash accountability. Collaborate with the store leadership to enhance personal and sales skills. Adhere to all company policies and applicable laws. Exhibit excellent work quality, attendance, and professional appearance. Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
