The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.66 to $16.91 based on qualifications and experience. We offer a great benefits package that includes Washington Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonuses and pay programs are subject to qualifications. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management Team. Your duties will encompass store setup, merchandising, and take-down activities, all while ensuring excellent guest service in line with company standards. Your primary responsibilities include: Generating sales and engaging with customers Assisting in sign waving and general housekeeping Merchandising and setting up displays Managing pricing and signage Operating the point of sale (POS) system Implementing loss prevention strategies To qualify for this position, you must be at least 16 years old. The role requires physical stamina, including climbing ladders, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
