As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing customers with an exceptional in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: Promote a service-oriented culture that fosters long-lasting customer relationships. Gain expertise in our product categories and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Stay informed about current promotions and merchandising standards. Assist with inventory management, including processing and replenishing merchandise. Process sales transactions accurately, ensuring cash and media accountability. Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop your skills and improve sales metrics. Uphold all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
