About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth point of sale operations. Your main focus will be on efficient service execution and enhancing the customer experience. What You'll Do Warmly greet customers, offering assistance with their product and service needs, efficiently operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and process various payment methods. Follow company guidelines to deliver accurate and efficient point of sale and customer service standards, ensuring a friendly, fast, and courteous experience. Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty program objectives. Contribute to inventory accuracy by completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices correctly. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with company standards. Participate in daily service tasks such as cash balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment. No prior retail experience is necessary. You must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance. Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, and physically handling merchandise frequently. Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire duration of your shift.
