About the Role: As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management Team with the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent Guest Services according to Company Standards Generating sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement Assisting with sign waving and general housekeeping Managing pricing, signage, and Point of Sale operations Implementing loss prevention measures to protect store inventory Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old. The role requires physical stamina, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
