Description In this role, you will: Greet customers promptly and courteously upon entering the store. Address customer inquiries fully and accurately before they leave. Communicate the UGG brand's sustainability efforts and social commitments effectively. Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including clear communication of our return policy. Collaborate with your team to meet shared business goals in a positive and cheerful environment. Your role goes beyond the sales floor; you will: Operate the cash register accurately and handle money with precision. Check inventory regularly to ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised according to standards. Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment, including the back-stock area. Practice safety-consciousness and adhere to theft response protocols. Report to work punctually and notify your Store Manager in advance of any delays or absences.
