Welcome each guest and proactively assist athletes by understanding their needs and enhancing their shopping journey.
Process all merchandise and products received at the store according to established protocols and practices.
Maintain the company's merchandising and presentation standards consistently.
Deliver on the defined customer experience by executing all processes according to our service level expectations, including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pickup.
Engage in Loss Prevention procedures pertinent to Omni-Channel processes and assist in conducting daily FedEx Box Count Audits in line with company inventory control and loss prevention standards.
Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality of all company information.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere in the store where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcomed, safe, and respected.
Adopt an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team throughout the store.
Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer service is preferred.
Capacity to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
Able to remain in a standing or walking position for extended periods (up to 4 hours), and work safely at heights over 4 feet using ladders, aerial lifts, or platforms.
Capability to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
