About the Role In this position, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale and throughout various customer service processes, ensuring operational efficiency and transaction speed. What You Will Do Greet customers warmly and assist them with products and services. Operate cash registers, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods efficiently. Adhere to company standards in executing point of sale and customer service protocols, providing friendly and fast service. Meet or exceed individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty programs. Support inventory accuracy by correctly executing all point of sale and merchandise disposition practices. Assist in training new team members on best practices and service standards, ensuring adherence to Kohl's brand values. Participate in daily service operations, including register balancing and supply replenishment. What Skills You Have Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. No prior retail experience necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience in customer-facing retail or service industries.
