About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring operational efficiency at the point of sale. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services they need. Operate the cash register, ensuring accurate scanning of items and proper handling of various payment methods. Provide fast, friendly service while meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy by following store procedures related to point of sale and merchandise management. Support the training of new team members, sharing best practices and company standards to uphold Kohl's brand expectations. Engage in daily operational tasks, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. All associates at Kohl's are expected to: Act with integrity and foster a culture of teamwork and inclusion. Make wise decisions and seek guidance when necessary. Anticipate and meet customer needs to resolve issues effectively. Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while adhering to established timelines. Follow company guidelines for safety and operational procedures. What Skills You Have Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. No previous retail experience is required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred. Pay Starts At: $13.00
