About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring operational efficiency at the point of sale. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services they need. Operate the cash register, ensuring accurate scanning of items and proper handling of various payment methods. Provide fast, friendly service while meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy by following store procedures related to point of sale and merchandise management. Support the training of new team members, sharing best practices and company standards to uphold Kohl's brand expectations.
